Insignificant numbers?

The number of U.S. troops who have died since the invasion of Iraq: 4,000.

Iraqi civilian deaths: estimated at between 83,000 - 90,000 (but unknown for sure)

When told in an interview that most Americans don't think this death toll was worth whatever "success" has come from the Iraqi conflict, your VEEP Dick Cheney said, "So...?"

So?!

SO?!

At this point, all I can do is pray for Cheney's redemption. I really hate to say this because it's not my place; it's for the Creator to determine: but at this rate, Cheney's soul will burn eternally for this.

The problem is nobody is outraged enough by this or one of the THOUSAND other things this adminstration has done to cripple our military, tear down any economic stability we've ever had and to secure the interests of their own.

People are too busy losing their homes, paying a fortune at the pumps, and watching Brittney to be mad at Bush and his cronies.

As I said on another blog, with people like Cheney, sometimes 4,000 pictures is worth a thousand words:

What a callous thing to say. I am really surprised he did not get more flak for that. Choose better leaders next time. There must be better leaders than that.

what can one expect with a man who's VP to a prez who cheated his way into office and on a hunting trip says he shot a man by accident?! maybe the next time he has a heart attack, someone may say the same thing about him, "SO?", giving him a dose of his own medicine.

@LGS: take my word for it--he wasn't everyone's choice.

OOPS, I meant to click Dickcheneyfansite.com - I must have clicked the wrong favorite. Sorry...don't mind me....just backing up towards the door. Ya'll just go back to what you were doing...didn't mean to bother no one. (H.C. turns and runs as fast as he can)

Another sad dynamic to this story involves the close to 30,000 troops who have been maimed and injured in this conflict. They're not dead; but their quality of life is forever changed. Meanwhile, Bush and Cheney shrug their shoulders like nothing happened.

The Devil's Children, they are.
